How can I purchase samples?
Invitation samples can be purchased in our sample 3-pack here. Cost of samples ($20) less shipping, will be credited to your invitation order if you choose to book with Cheer Up Press.
How does the ordering process work?
Regardless of whether you choose to go with a semi-custom invitation or go completely custom, the ordering process will follow the steps outlined on our how to order page.
Do you offer custom illustration?
Yes! For any labor-intensive custom illustration requests, we charge an hourly design fee of $50, in addition to the printed cost of your invitation suite. This hourly fee would apply to: maps, venue illustrations, watercolor artwork, pet portraits, and spot calligraphy. If you’re unsure whether your project request would require an hourly design fee, just ask!
Do you offer guest address calligraphy?
While we don’t offer hand-calligraphed guest addressing in-house, we work closely with a few trusted calligraphers to offer this service to our clients. We can either arrange to have the calligraphy done for you, or we are happy to recommend a calligrapher if you’d like to work directly with them! As an alternative to hand calligraphy, we also offer to digitally print your guest addresses for you right onto the envelope, no labels needed! Please inquire for pricing.
In what ways can I customize a semi-custom invitation?
In order to make the customization of our semi-custom line simple, we allow for changes to colors, fonts and wording so that couples can make them feel like their own, without paying high prices for completely custom design. In order to accommodate other types of design changes to the semi-custom line, hourly charges will apply. Please inquire for pricing.
Do you offer mailing services?
At this time, we do not offer mailing services. You will receive your cards from Cheer Up Press in stacks, so that you can assemble, stuff, seal and mail invitations yourself. Some assembly services are provided in-house, including things like envelope lining, invitation mounting and ribbon tying.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies, but generally we like to have at least 4 weeks to work on a design and work through your design revisions, and 4 weeks to print your order. We highly recommend booking with us at least 6 months before your wedding to ensure we have availability for your wedding date!
Can you accommodate rush orders?
We do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible. We understand that sometimes life throws you curveballs, and we are here to help you get the invitations of your dreams even if you’re in a hurry. Rush fees do apply, so please inquire for pricing.
